Many thanks to Errol Cerit, P.Eng., Wendy Baker, Dawn Chepurnyj and K.B. Ng for a well organized, well attended and very “speaker friendly” conference yesterday. There were some really great presentations and I was glad I was able to stay for the whole day. The donation made by Food and Consumer Products of Canada on my behalf to Food Banks Canada was unexpected and very generous.
